Arbor Parent Portal & App
We use Arbor as our parent portal and parent app, making it easy for families to stay connected with school life. Through Arbor, parents and carers can view important information such as attendance, behaviour, messages, and announcements.
Arbor can be accessed in two ways: the Parent Portal, which is the website version you access through an internet browser on a computer, laptop or mobile device, and the Arbor Parent App, which can be downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Please note: first‑time users must set up their password and accept the terms of use via the Parent Portal website before logging in to the app.

Parents and carers are able to use Class Charts to keep track of their child’s behaviour, view attendance records, access their weekly timetable, view assigned homework tasks, track scheduled detentions, and view announcements from St John’s.
