On Friday, we came together to celebrate strength, courage, and the power of sharing your story for World Diabetes Day.
Emilia, one of our incredible Year 7 students, stood in front of her entire year group and spoke openly about living with Type 1 Diabetes. Her bravery and honesty helped everyone understand what life with diabetes really means and reminded us that challenges don’t define us—they make us stronger.
Emilia, and all the students and staff in our school living with Type 1 Diabetes, are an inspiration to us all. We are so proud of you.
