The festive season is in full swing at St John’s Catholic School and Sixth Form College, Bishop Auckland, and we’re thrilled to share the results of our annual House Christmas Card Competition!
This year, we received over 70 incredible entries from talented students across the school. Each design showcased creativity, effort, and the true spirit of Christmas.
Our Winner
A huge congratulations to Zea (Year 10), whose stunning nativity scene captured the hearts of our judges. Ms Byron selected Zea’s design as the overall winner, and it will become our official St John’s Christmas card for 2025! Zea will also receive an Amazon voucher and plenty of House points for her fantastic achievement.
Runners-Up
Well done to Ali and Joni (Year 8), whose beautiful designs earned them the runner-up spots. Both will receive Amazon vouchers and House points for their creativity.
Highly Commended
We were so impressed by the quality of entries that we introduced a Highly Commended category this year. These students will also receive a special reward for their efforts.
