We are so incredibly proud of Lola in Year 11 and Lucy in Year 9 for displaying our school virtues of Respect and Responsibility and the Catholic Social Teaching principles of Solidarity and Common Good through their volunteer work with the Poppy Appeal.

For the second year in a row, both Lola and Lucy, alongside their mums, have given up their own time to sell poppies and raise money for the Royal British Legion. Feedback from the charity organisers commended the girls on how polite, helpful and conscientious the girls were and what superb ambassadors they were for the school.

Today we were delighted to welcome veteran representatives from the British Legion into school to present the girls with a certificate and thank them in person for their amazing contributions.

“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed individuals can change the world. In fact, it's the only thing that ever has."
