Recognising Excellence Across Year 7
St John’s Catholic School & Sixth Form College in Bishop Auckland recently celebrated the achievements of its outstanding Year 7 students.
The top five students from each tutor group were nominated by their tutors in recognition of their exceptional contribution throughout the academic year. Their hard work, positive attitude, kindness and commitment have helped make a significant difference to the Year 7 community.
A VIP Reward Afternoon
As a special reward, the students were invited to enjoy a VIP movie afternoon in the Learning Resource Centre (LRC).
The celebration included popcorn, pick ‘n’ mix sweets, fizzy drinks, crisps and a screening of the new film Hoppers, giving students the opportunity to relax and celebrate their achievements together.
The treats and rewards were generously funded by The Friends of St John’s, who also supported end-of-term rewards for students in Years 8, 9 and 10.
Well Deserved Recognition
The event was a wonderful way to acknowledge the effort, dedication and positive example shown by these students throughout the year.
