- Raise aspirations by exploring global pathways and future opportunities
Day Two: Safe Arrival in Singapore
After a smooth 13‑hour flight, the group arrived safely in Singapore and headed to their hotel to rest and recharge. Spirits were high as students enjoyed their first evening meal in this vibrant city, sampling new flavours and beginning to immerse themselves in the local culture.
Day Three: Culture and Discovery
Day 3 began with a breathtaking cable car journey from Mount Faber Peak, offering stunning panoramic views of Singapore’s skyline, lush greenery and coastline.
The group then travelled to Sentosa Island, enjoying a mix of exploration and relaxation while learning about Singapore’s tourism industry and urban development. As students navigated food stalls for their evening meal, their confidence and cultural curiosity grew — a highlight of the trip for many. Later, a ride on the Singapore Flyer offered incredible views across the city, followed by a visit to Singapore’s iconic Merlion, symbolising the nation’s identity as the “Lion City”.

Day 4 was packed with hands‑on learning and cultural discovery. Students explored Kok Tah Technical Farm, learning how modern technology and sustainable methods are shaping the future of farming.
A visit to the Science Centre brought STEM learning to life through interactive exhibits and experiments. The day concluded with stunning views from the Singapore Flyer and a visit to the iconic Merlion, symbol of the “Lion City”.
A fantastic day full of innovation, exploration and reflection
Day Five: Innovation and Inspiration
Another action‑packed day saw students visit Kok Fah (Kok Tah) Technical Farm, where they explored modern agricultural technology and saw sustainable farming methods in action. This hands‑on experience highlighted how innovation is shaping the future of food production.
At the Science Centre, curiosity truly came alive as students engaged with interactive STEM exhibits and experiments.
Day Six: Global Education and Celebration
On their final full day, students visited the Singapore Institute of Management (SIM), taking part in a campus tour and an inspiring talk about international study pathways through the University of London. The session sparked thoughtful discussion about future aspirations and global opportunities.
The afternoon included visits to Gardens by the Bay and the Marina Bay Sands SkyPark Observation Deck, where students reflected on the week while taking in breathtaking 360° views from 56 floors above the city. A traditional electric bumboat cruise along the Singapore River provided insight into how this historic waterway shaped Singapore’s journey from a trading port to a global metropolis.
The day concluded with a celebratory evening at the Hard Rock Café, followed by the spectacular Gardens by the Bay light show, showcasing Singapore’s vision as a “City in a Garden” — blending innovation, sustainability and nature in a world‑class display.
